Home Flippers Ads Connector Privacy Policy

This notice describes how Home Flippers handles information through its private Google Ads reporting connector.

Information accessed

The connector accesses Home Flippers’ authorized Google Ads account. Information may include account and campaign identifiers, advertising performance, keywords, visible search terms, ad content, bids, budgets, targeting settings, conversion-action settings and aggregate conversion metrics.

It does not retrieve customer lists or individual conversion-upload records.

How information is used

Information is used for internal advertising reporting, analysis and optimization. The connector provides read-only access and cannot change the Google Ads account.

ChatGPT processing

When an authorized user requests a report through ChatGPT, the requested report is transmitted to ChatGPT for analysis. Information submitted to ChatGPT is also subject to the applicable OpenAI terms, privacy policies and account data controls.

Storage and security

The connector temporarily caches report responses to reduce repeated Google API requests. It also stores authentication, authorization and operational security records on our server. These records may remain until removed by an administrator.

Access is protected by HTTPS, private authentication and restricted server permissions. Google Ads credentials are stored separately from application code and are not included in report responses.

Access, sharing and removal

The connector is intended for authorized Home Flippers personnel. Connector data is not sold or made publicly accessible.

An authorized account owner can request that connector access be revoked or locally stored connector records be deleted. Data already transmitted to ChatGPT must be managed separately through the applicable ChatGPT account controls.
